I seek to balance the technical study of Pranic Healing & Astrology with empathy, compassion, and a higher spiritual perspective.

Melissa is a mother of four and a former business executive with 25+ years in finance, sales and project management.  In 2022, she founded the Mali’o Foundation, a Hawaii based non-profit organization dedicated to expanding community access to energetic healing arts.

Melissa began her study of energy healing over a decade ago and was quickly attracted to the study of Pranic Healing.  Its detailed, scientific approach to healing was a perfect match for her desire to find a practical approach to healing that really works.  She continued her study with four of the seven worldwide Master Pranic Healers.

She went on to become the approved designated Pranic Healing Leader, by the Institute of Inner Studies, for the Island of Hawai’i. She has taught workshops and lectured at various schools, yoga studios, libraries, churches and retreats.

Her study of energy led her to the additional study of Astrology, which she saw as the energy cycles playing out in our lives.  Through observation and reflection, she came to understand the benefit of insight into major themes playing out in our lives, and to recognize the purpose behind it all.
